Be warmly welcomed to this comfortable and spacious home in one of the most central and family friendly part of Woden.
With 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living area separate from kitchen/dining and a double carport, you and your group can make the most of the space that this house affords, all within close proximity to the rest of Canberra.
What we love about this home:
- the home is on a quiet cul-de-sac in a family friendly peaceful area.
- the large kitchen opens out onto the deck with large sliding doors that open right up.
- the two largest bedrooms are on a separate wing to the other three bedrooms, affording space and separation for down time.
- there are two bathrooms: the main bathroom with large corner tub and double shower, easily accessible to the 3 smaller rooms (Bedrooms 3, 4, 5). The second bathroom is an ensuite to the Master (Bedroom 1), and it has a second door accessible from the hallway for easy access from Bedroom 2.
- there is a double carport and driveway with space for an extra couple of cars.
- there is A/C in the main living area and gas heating.

There is also a desk off the kitchen area, with desk lamp and free wifi.

Please note - there is a separate self-contained granny flat in the backyard. This is separately booked, so we request that guests in the home adhere to the Quiet Hours of 10pm - 8am, particularly if outside or on the patio.
The backyard is available for your enjoyment and the use of it is shared with the guests staying in the garden granny flat.

Summary: The cleaning was an issue everything seems to be wiped with the same ragg and also the toaster was filthy couldn’t use also a lot of dust not very clean but the house met our sleeping requirements and location

Summary: We enjoyed our stay and have stayed here previously. Unfortunately there were only 2 forks, 2 teaspoons (but plenty of knives & dessertspoons) available. One of the dining room chairs is not safe & the sliding door to the en suite is off the tracks. We found a chocolate bar wrapper under one of the beds and the sheets in the main bedroom did not fit the bed properly. Used gloves & rubbish in the driveway & carport & no/minimal front yard maintenance made the property seem a bit neglected.

Summary: This house was the perfect size for our family get together In Canberra. Beds were on the too soft side but we all slept well. Someone living in the bungalow out the back was a little awkward and the grass and garden needs work. Also the cookware and cutlery needs updating. We did have a fantastic time catching up in this lovely house.

Summary: Overall we were happy with the property though there could be more seating at the dining table and in the living area. There was no outdoor furniture so could not enjoy the outdoor area. We also had difficulty at times with the front door entry not opening first time every time.

Summary: This house is large enough for a big group but there is no sense that it is presented with care. With a little more attention it would be a great place. We arrived early and the cleaners were very friendly, just finishing their clean. The external shade material on the back verandah was in shreds from age and sun. The towels smelt of damp. There were no extra blankets in any of the 5 bedrooms, and the manager brought 2 blankets over in response to our request, mentioning he had 54 properties, implying he was busy. The kitchen bin was moved at one point revealing a lot of dirt underneath. In summary, this house could be better presented to make it a memorable stay.

Summary: Stayed four nights, house was clean and tidy. Beds comfortable bathrooms were very clean. However kitchen utensils were a minimal furniture in house a bit outdated, no coffee table,no barbecue and no outdoor furniture , Overall we had a great stay and really enjoyed the location.
